The purpose of the Bayberry Clinic is to help Healthcare Professionals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occuring mental health difficulties regain their lives (personal and occupational).

We are a modified, democratic Therapeutic Community that offers a specialist and confidential treatment service where addicted physicians, dentists, nurses, and associated healthcare professionals can recover in a healing and safe environment.

We offer an extended care model of 12 weeks with inclusive five years aftercare and a family programme. This is a new approach in the UK whereas in North America it is considered the norm for dedicated Healthcare Professionals Programmes. These programmes have shown a 78% recovery rate compared to 30-52% recovery rates for short-term non-dedicated services in the UK.
